What’s with the sizing on Velvet Sparkle?
The clothing you see featured on this site are imported from Asia, and were manufactured for the youth of Hong Kong and Japan. In many cases, these clothes are only manufactured in limited sizes to reduce the cost to the manufacturer. This is common practice in many countries in Asia, where the target market is distinctively smaller in many aspects (height, average weight, bust, etc) compared to the US market.

            In all cases, I’ve tried to import the largest sizes available, if offered. Again, in a lot of cases, only one size is offered. I try to supply the most accurate US sizing on every article of clothing offered, so please pay attention! I apologize for any inconvenience these Asian-sized clothes might bring up for some individuals!

What kind of Payments does this site take?
            Currently we take Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. Velvet Sparkle is a verified Paypal site, so rest assured!

Who runs Velvet Sparkle?
            I do. Hi, I’m Susan Nguyen. I made my graphics, built the site, reply to your emails, pack and address your orders, everything; it's all me baby. With that said, I also have obligations to my other business, Boshi-Basiik as well as my schoolin', as I'm also a full time student. Items aren't coming from a huge warehouse or anything. This is a small business of mine on the side, so I don't always have tons of items in stock, usually a few of each, and if its popular, I try to get as many as I can. I'm here for you, and if any problems arise, please let me know so we can fix it!
